Aim
The aim is to employ the experience, expertise and skills of members to conduct action-oriented projects with measurable positive effects on the lives of Africans worldwide.
Responsibilities
Each cell will produce concept papers for projects in their areas of expertise and will seek Institutional partners and collaborators for the execution of the projects after being approved by the whole Board.
It will be interdisciplinary action-oriented projects with documented output and effective positive outcomes for Africans
It will include projects at the local, national and global African levels
Activities
Each cell will organize Project Seminars, Roundtables, Symposiums and Colloquiums of projects outputs and practical outcomes by Zoom or in Hybrid.
Coordination
Each cell will appoint a volunteer Coordinator in rotation according to projects
Each cell will update the Chair and the Secretariat of its activities
There will be quarterly meetings of the Board to review all the projects

Recourses
Each Cell with its partners and collaborators will seek and manage resources for its project but must update the Chair and the Secretariat.
Projects with Accounting Reports will be part of the Quarterly Review at the Board Meeting
Auditing
All project accounts will be audited annually.
Annual Open Outcome / Effect Conference
Annual Open Conferences will hold in the first week of December to review the effectiveness of the projects on the lives of Africans worldwide.
